FIDEC, a US-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2001, brings together
physicians, scientists, and healthcare professionals from Latin America, the United States, and Armenia, and is guided by its vision to improve people’s health by reducing the burden of infectious diseases across communities.
On September 27th, FIDEC proudly hosted its 24th Annual Open Golf Tournament, made
possible thanks to the incredible support of our sponsors and loyal players. Where the Funds Go
The proceeds from this charity tournament will support the following ongoing programs:
- The Immune System and the Power of Vaccines: Launched in 2021 to teach
elementary school students about the immune system, its structure, and response
dynamics. (Latin America & South Florida) - Counterattacking Dengue: Join the Mission!: Launched in 2024 and continuing
through 2025, educates children, teachers, and families on preventing Dengue, Zika, and Chikungunya through awareness and key prevention tools. (Argentina)
